The Vision & Venture name, logo, written content and designs on this site belong to us. Project work produced for clients is licensed or transferred as set out in the relevant project agreement.

Scope, fees, timescales, revisions, ownership and support are agreed in writing before any project starts. Where those terms conflict with this page, the project agreement takes precedence.

The standard basis we work on is set out in our client project terms, which are issued alongside every proposal.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute falls to the courts of England and Wales.
